11/10 would recommend. We added the Blueprint text feature to facilitate delivery & reorder of our cold brew coffees, which it does seamlessly, and is key for our growing D2C business. What we’ve also discovered though, is that Blueprint has opened up a whole new dialogue for us with our customers. We’ve been thrilled by how many of our customers opt to provide real, tangible feedback for us via text. We’ve learned so much, so fast!
