Days installed Blueprint onto their Shopify and built a simple customer flow that focused on 1:1 conversation with a customer post-order. This message was designed to create a 1:1 connection with a customer past a transactional email gain invaluable feedback on their first product launches.
Unlike most review emails that are purely transactional, Days were able to build 1:1 feedback through SMS. With an incredible 25% reply rate, Days customers were clearly super engaged and eager to be involved with the brand.
A key part of this strategy for Days was to surprise and delight their early customers at each stage of the customer journey, enabled post-order with 1:1 connection through SMS - immediately picked up on and appreciated by their customer base.
