Lack of 1:1 communication.

Days are building a brand on authentic 0.0% beer and the lifestyle that goes with it. Soon after launching they noticed potential to win over valuable repeat customers who bought into the brands tone, values and beers, they saw 1-1 comms as a way to develop even closer relationships with these customers and turn them into superfans.

‍Using traditional solutions like email marketing or retargeting ads just can't build the connection or brand-equity that a 1:1 conversation with an owned audience can. These channels lack both the immediacy, connection and TOV that a 1:1 channel like SMS is built on.

Days installed Blueprint onto their Shopify and built a simple customer flow that focused on 1:1 conversation with a customer post-order. This message was designed to create a 1:1 connection with a customer past a transactional email gain invaluable feedback on their first product launches.

Unlike most review emails that are purely transactional, Days were able to build 1:1 feedback through SMS. With an incredible 25% reply rate, Days customers were clearly super engaged and eager to be involved with the brand.

A key part of this strategy for Days was to surprise and delight their early customers at each stage of the customer journey, enabled post-order with 1:1 connection through SMS - immediately picked up on and appreciated by their customer base.
